Jacquelyn Campbell assists the firm as both a senior paralegal and office manager. In her role as a paralegal, Jacquelyn primarily focuses on patent and trademark prosecution, as well as litigation. She has extensive expertise with encumbrance and due diligence reviews for acquisitions and/or licensing.
Jacquelyn also has substantial experience in legal research using Lexis and Westlaw; PAIRS, Lexis Forms, PCT Easy, US Patent Office Electronic Filing System – Web (EFS), TEAS, CM/ECF (Electronic filing/case management for US District Court), Delphion, Microsoft Word, Excel, WordPerfect and Nerac.
Previous Experience
Before joining the firm, Jacquelyn worked as a paralegal for Rutan & Tucker, where she was involved in all aspects of patent prosecution. Prior to this, Jacquelyn worked for the Boeing Company as a patent administrator, and gained extensive experience working with the Department of Defense and NASA regarding contract compliance for intellectual property. Jacquelyn also previously worked as a paralegal at Burstein Technologies, Inc.

Interests
In her spare time, Jacquelyn enjoys being outdoors, and often finds herself engaging in sports, kayaking, and camping. When not outdoors, Jacquelyn likes to cook, and enjoys watching movies and her favorite sports.
