Josh Emory

Josh EmoryJosh Emory focuses his practice on patent and trademark prosecution and IP litigation, including both state, federal district and appellate litigation.  Josh assists clients in prosecuting patents in the U.S. and abroad, and has specific expertise in biotechnology, medical devices, and mechanical arts.

Josh has substantial experience in litigation matters, and has assisted with appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  He also counsels clients in pre-litigation matters and has drafted opinions regarding patentability, right to practice, and patent infringement.
