Lindsey Ripley assists the firm as a paralegal, with a primary focus on patent and trademark prosecution. Lindsey has substantial experience in trademark searching and clearance.
Lindsey also has extensive experience using PAIRS, Lexis Forms, PCT Easy, US Patent Office Electronic Filing System – Web (EFS), TEAS, Delphion, and SAEGIS Trademark Searches.
Previous Experience
Before joining the firm, Lindsey worked as a trademark paralegal for Latham & Watkins, LLP, where she primarily focused on trademark prosecution and maintenance, including trademark searches and clearances. Lindsey also assisted with due diligence for acquisitions. Prior to this, Lindsey worked as a legal assistant at Stetina Brunda Garred & Brucker where she was involved in all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution, including both U.S. and foreign filings.

Interests
In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys dancing and watching baseball, as well as outdoor recreation including sailing, camping and just relaxing at the river.
