Ryan Dean

Ryan DeanRyan assists clients with patent prosecution and preparation of mechanical, electrical, and biological devices.  Ryan also has experience preparing and prosecuting patents under the patent office’s accelerated examination program.  In addition, Ryan assists the firm with trademark prosecution, as well as opinion work, patentability searches, domain name disputes, and litigation support.

Previous Experience

Before coming to Fish & Associates, Ryan worked as a law clerk at Stetina, Brunda, Garred & Brucker, gaining valuable experience in both patent and trademark prosecution.  During law school, Ryan clerked for the Honorable Steven Vartabedian, Associate Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Fifth District, working primarily on juvenile delinquency and dependency cases, as well as writs of habeas corpus.

Before law school, Ryan worked as a campus representative for Apple, Inc.
