Sara Geer is a senior paralegal at Fish & Associates.  She has substantial experience in all areas of intellectual property prosecution and assists the firm in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent, trademark and copyright cases, including oppositions and cancellation proceedings.

Sara is responsible for managing thousands of patent and trademark matters on her own. Sara also performs due diligence searches regarding patents, copyrights, trademarks and domain names. She has daily interactions with inventors, clients and foreign associates in handling complex prosecution issues.

Sara Geer is one of the original members of the first Fish & Associates in Fullerton, California and has been working for Bob Fish for ten years. Her experience and expertise coupled with her warmth and an outgoing personality makes her an integral part of Fish & Associates.

Sara also has abundant experience using Lexis, PAIRS, Lexis Forms, PCT Easy, Electronic Filing System – Web (EFS), TEAS, Delphion, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, WordPerfect and Nerac.
