Joseph AndelinJoseph Andelin focuses his practice on patent and trademark prosecution and litigation. Joe is well versed in preparing and prosecuting both U.S. and foreign patent applications concerning a variety of technologies including software and hardware systems, mechanical engineering, medical devices, satellite technology, construction devices, chemical compositions, and telecommunications patents. Joe also is experienced in preparing U.S. patent applications for the USPTO's accelerated examination program.

In the litigation arena, Joe assists the firm in researching and drafting complaints, motions, briefs, memorandums, and claim construction briefs.

Previous Experience

Before joining the firm, Joe worked as a material science coordinator at the Clinical Research Associates Foundation in Provo, Utah.
